Research And Realization Of The Measurement Integrated Controller Test-Equipment Based On The Multi-bus

The measurement integrated controller test-equipment is designed specially to measurethe measurement integrated controller, data transformation unit one and data transformationunit two. According to the specific requirements of the function test-equipment, we are ingeneral, flexibility as the center and to achieve the system bus system, modular, configurationand spread as the principle, then we conduct research and realization to the test-equipment.The realization process of the test-equipment: PC104 bus for data transmission betweenhardware and computer, because the PC104 bus is modulation to be possible to expand.FPGA as the central controller, FPGA has the stronger flexibility of the field programmable,which is beneficial to the realization of the function modules. 1553B module uses a PC104motherboard alone, while other modules share a motherboard, to ensure that the system toachieve better function. The thesis introduces circuit and logic-timing design according to thefunction of each module. The paper conducts a full analysis to the system of key technologies(PC104 bus, CAN bus technology, and 1553B bus technology). Test-equipment involvesmore bus and signal, the main innovation of the thesis is: complete the better integration ofthe bus and signal, and overcome the shortcoming of more difficult integration; such a largersystem, we only use 3U crate to realize the integration of the system, which has higherintegration compared with the previous equipment.The measurement integrated controller test-equipment and measurement integratedcontroller, data transformation unit one, data transformation unit two have taken the unittesting. The entire system works well and all functions of test-system meet the systemrequirements. The test-equipment has passed the acceptance and delivered. Its use will makemissile-equipment automatic to test during production and application. Meanwhile, it willpromote production level and quality of missile-equipment and lower costs of production andexperiment.
