RFID technology is known and recognized day by day in every walk of life, however,it is still not in big scale of application. The ultimate for this is there are some problems not been sloved both in RFID technology itself and application system derived from it.Therefor research the key technology for RFID system especially UHF RFID system will reduce the hardness of application in corporation,it is helpful of promoting to form and develop the whole RFID industry chain.The key technology and parameters in RFID system can be revealed according to simulation.The main conten and research results in this paper can be divided into two parts.The fist part, The code-decode and modulation-demodulation according to the Standard ISO/IEC18000-6B are analysed,a simulation is carried out as well.Another part,the principle of 4 kinds of commication channels,the capability of data transmission in commication channel and the principle and capability of CRC are described,a simulation is carried out as well.On the code-decode and modulation-demodulation aspect,the principle and building process of manchester code and FM0 code are mainly analysed.Combine with the characteristic of UHF RFID communication,the characteristic of transmitter and receiver and the way corresponding to them of modulation-demodulation technology are introduced.The way of simulation of ASK modulation of manchester code and FM0 code is emphatically introduced.On the system channel aspect,there are 4 kinds of communication channels, which are additive gaussian white noise channel,multipath rayleigh fading channel,at- hrayleigh channel,rice fading channels,binary symmetric channel and the principle and capability in UHF RFID communication are introduced.A simulation model is designed to analyse the capability of data transmission in different interference comminucation channels. Some conclusions are achieved,there are the relation between channel error rate and SNR in system,binary symmetric channel error rate and coding error rate, channel error rate and CRC error rate.Finally, the process of data transmission in additive gaussian white noise channel of UHF RFID is analysed, a simulation is carried out as well.
