Water is the source of life,which is extremely valuable natural resources to survival and development of human beings,which is an important factor to maintain the ecological balance.However,as the paper industry continues to grow and expand,the majority of untreated waste water is released arbitrarily,so problem of water pollution become more and more seriously,that has brought great harm to the economic development and social progress also constituted a serious threat to survival of.human beings.Therefore,how to make waste water treatment of paper industry efficiently and meet the national standards,which has become urgent major issue to Government and people of our countryAiming at this case,we research and analyze alkali reclaim control system of the paper mill,According to craft process of reclaim control system we design a set of automatic control system to reclaim residual alkali in black liquor,in order to emissions from waste water of paper mills meet the national standard.The system is composed by intelligent control system and smart monitoring equipment.We discuss the aspects of the hardware design software design,and study the data acquisition and process and control algorithm,and use configuration software to compile Center Monitoring Management System,and take effective anti-jamming measures to ensure stability and reliability of system.The key question of alkali reclaim control system is control of black liquor level,aiming at the non-linear,the time-varying and the uncertainty characteristics of black liquor level,this article make use of fuzzy control that does not require setting up precise mathematical model of the object and traditional PID control have the high accuracy characteristics,combines traditional PID and fuzzy control for constituting a set of the automatic control system of alkali reclaim based on fuzzy self-tuning PID control.At present,the system has been applied to alkali reclaim control system of paper mill,the remote monitoring and data storage and management of the control system have been implementated successfully.After running shows that the system overcome the shortcomings of the traditional PID control,have small overshoot, regulate precise,good stability and quick response time,stable black liquor level, reduced energy consumption,also alkali reclaim control system of paper mill provides a good foundation for the implementation automatic control system of alkali reclaim control system and improve the economic benefits and social benefits.
