Research On Heterogeneous DNA Data Based On XML

Because the Human Genome Project(HGP for short) in the world have made great efforts to develop,a large number of DNA,RNA and protein data has been produced.It is an essential to do analysis and research on the data mentioned above.However,due to the above-mentioned data has various sources,one problem in the DNA processing and analysing need be solved is how to highly-efficient query the data information the research need.With the post-genome era coming,Systems Biology is to rise and develop,it is inevitable to analyses biological data with integrated and systematic perspective.An effective programme for heterogeneous DNA data(?)ntegration DNA data federal schema integrated based on XML has been researched in this paper,and as well as the specific implementation of this program DNA data federal schema integrated system has been studied.The specific contents including:an analysis of DNA data integration issues in the syntax isomerism and semantics isomerism problems,use the powerful capacity of XML to describe data,easy to express structured data and semi-structured data,in particular, used for data integration intermediate format,such as the characteristics of the DNA solve the problem of data syntax isomerism.Aim at the integrated problem brought from the semantic isomerism of DNA data,a data integrated method based on federal database schema and XML-based data integrated technic has been propsed.Including specific aspects:the design of meta-data model based on XML and federal database schema,designed the federal data dictionary for meeting the DNA data characteristics;designed to deal with the federal inquiry mechanism to deal with completely different types of semantic Isomerism and XML data integration,to resolve semantics heterogeneous of DNA data.Finally,the paper designed XML-based DNA data integrated federal database schema system,including specific aspects:system design,system UI design,the key technic of the systems.And give the prototype of XML-based DNA data integrated federal database schema system.
