| In the last few years,the destruction of hurricane incidence.Whether developed or developing countries,The United States,Myanmar,Bangladesh,have been subjected to the disaster brought about by a heavy blow.From a technical level,the disaster monitoring in modern society is not the problem.However,due to many factors,often caused by the disaster or great loss.In this paper,the typhoon warning period for the study of information dissemination to the tropical cyclone(also known in different parts of the typhoons,hurricanes) as the research object,the use of communications,sociology,psychology and crisis management theory to analyze,such as hurricane-related early warning mechanism for the dissemination of information,and in addition to case studies,for the effective dissemination of early warning information to eliminate the obstacles to do the practical and theoretical study.To study the characteristics of this article as a starting point the storm,pointing out that the two dissemination of the storm effect:a chain reaction(natural level) and the ripple effect(social dimension),and the spread of the disaster early warning information analysis features.On this basis,starting from a realistic point of view,respectively,from the information monitoring,information dissemination,feedback on the three aspects of the disaster early-warning mechanism for the dissemination of information for research.China's typhoon warning to point out the inadequacy of mechanisms:information monitoring system is not perfect,early warning function to weaken the media,the public is more the lack of a sense of crisis.To this end,the paper recommends that:should further establish and improve the monitoring of China's typhoon early warning information systems;to strengthen the early warning function of the media to enrich the early warning information dissemination channels;vigorously promoting public safety education,disaster prevention and mitigation to enhance the capacity of the public. |
