ADXL210E is a high-precision and low power consumption dual-axis accelerated sensor with full capability of digital and analog output.This paper introduces the basic working principle and major functional characteristics of ADXL21E.And an attitude estimation system based on ADXL210E is proposed, the principle,composition and data acquisition of system is discussed.And the whole Proccess of designing the MEMS sensor of torpedo measure and control application system based on PIC microcontroller and real time operation system (RTOS),μC/OS-Ⅱ,ARM7 is discussed.Firstly,in this paper,the basie theories,architecture and development status of MEMS are introduced.MEMS,a new developing technology developed from micro-electronics and micro-mechanics,its development promotes developing of micro-inertia component and MIMU.This paper introduces the basic working principle and major functional characteristics of ADXL21E.Secondly,an embedded data acquisition and control solution based on PIC are proposed.And an embedded simulation experiment circuit of data acquisition and signal detection and control system based on proteus is built.We use the measure and control system made by ADXL210E and PIC micro-ctroller to measure the moving object and then micro-controller estimate the state message,thus to auto control the system to be steady-going.The simulation result show that the system design has been successful to foregone conclusion.Lastly,we upgrated the measurement and control system from PIC microcontroller to ARM microprocessor andμC/OS-Ⅱ,and studied on the technique of theμC/OS-Ⅱkernel transplant to ARM.We use PIC microcontroller and ARM withμC/OS-ⅡOS to build the MEMS measurement and control simulation system,that will set up the theory foundation inoder to sample machine of the next step.
