This paper summarized the development situation and characteristic of remote control system, discussed the prospect of control system with the rapid development of network technology, expounded the recent case that the network closed-loop control theories couldn't combine with practices efficiently, and pointed out the necessity of the research on network remote closed-loop control system. Based on the deep study on the recent theories and technique, the paper explicitly designed and realized a network remote closed-loop control system platform based on ARM, which is convenient for the advanced research.At first, the paper built the hardware control system platform, analyzed the controller's structure, introduced the embedded operating system uCLinux and the develop environment of the control algorithm Matlab/Simulink, and then research the transform function from Simulink block diagram to standard C source code by RTW.Then, the paper applied the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm in designing the closed-loop controller. This algorithm is applied in the industrial producing process, which the objects' characteristic parameters or structures change with the loads' variation and disturbance, the algorithm would solve the problems brought from large inertial and delay system.Finally, by taking water level of flumes as the objects, this paper accomplished several typical water level control experiments, which proved the feasibility of applying the network remote closed-loop control theories in practice.
