And integrating the template technology of WSS platform, the service supply of native multi-tenant is proposed in the system design. And the paper designs isolation and rights management of the accessing of data between many users. The paper puts forward the solution for the demand of the system expanding. The mechanism of components of WSS platform implements the design of the function expand and the value of the check is used to solve the data expand of the system. In this paper, the functions are subdivided and sorted and the mode of information interaction between the system and HIS is designed.In system implementation, the native multi-tenant is implemented by the template and the UI configure is implemented by the webpart components and the function expand is done by WSS platform and the system achieves the basic function. Finally, the paper have validated the system is suppoted by the Saas-Model.
