Research And Implementation Of Web Report System

Report form,as an significant information carrier,plays an important role in enterprise information system.However,traditional form reporting system are based on C/S model,which has some weak points such as long period of development cycle and poor expansibility.Therefore,research on web form reporting system is of great practical value.Style designing of report form commonly utilizes components of third-party technologies,OLE automation technology,or VBA technology.It uses XML to describe report style and data structure,and apply AJAX technology to implement data interaction between client and server.The web form reporting system implemented in this paper is divided into five modules:template designing module,form creation module,report making module, information aggregating model and report displaying and processing module.Template designing model consists of style designing,formula definition,variable definition,semantic association,data input.User can define style and data to create report template.Form creation module acquires report style from database based on user's requirement,and display to user after parsing.Report making model fills in required information according to report template,validate the information automatically and submit it to higher authorities,then wait for inspection.Information aggregating model collect data from subdivision according to report definition,and submit it to higher authorities.Report displaying and processing module apply AJAX to parse xml document to data,and then display them on browser.It also achieves automatic page splitting and instant data refreshing of report forms.
