With the various industries' rapid development of information systems, It is receiving increasing attention and importance that how the heterogeneous and distributed information systems can achieve information sharing and exchange. The interoperable technology is not only the key techonlogy to solve the above question, but also, it is the core technology to implement the interoperability of our information systems co-ordination and information sharing. Interoperability coordination mechanism of information systems is one of the core issues that need to be resolved in the interoperable technology. Therefore,it has both important theoretical and practical significance to conduct in-depth analysis and comprehensive study of interoperability coordination mechanism of information systems.First of all, this article has established a stability, self-reconfigurable logic, and self-adaptive model of the interoperability of information systems and has analyzed the implementation of the interoperability of information systems.Secondly, the multi-agent theory and technology is led into the interoperability of information systems research. The article constructs a framework of the multi-agent information system interoperability, and offers analysis and formalizes description of each Agent's function and structure.Third, three types of collaborative mechanisms are put forward on the theoretical study of multi-agent coordination mechanism:the contract net task allocation mechanism based on auction bidding, the request-response mechanism on the trust, as well as the mechanism of security and authorization for control. Finally, on the basis of theoretical studies, with the example of the Qinghai-Tibet railway emergency rescue command system, the article establishs the interoperability framework of Qinghai-Tibet Railway emergency rescue command system based on multi-agent and conducts the case analysis the contract net task allocation mechanism based on auction bidding in the Qinghai-Tibet railway emergency rescue command system.
