It is divided into the central monitoring network, the buffer machine's network and the Auto Optical Inspection's network.According to the characteristics of the production process and equipment, solder paste inspection monitoring system is designed for the three sub-systems: buffer control sub-system, monitoring sub-system and maintenance of Printed Circuit Board-assisted sub-system. The buffer control sub-system's main function is controlling the buffer machine's movement. The monitoring sub-system mainly monitors the NG Printed Circuit Board. The maintenance of Printed Circuit Board -assisted sub-system supplies the tools for mend the Printed Circuit Board.The Software system's developed tool is NetBeans platform, which the sun company provides and has been realized by java. The database which used by the system is Microsoft SQL SERVER 2000 enterprise edition. By online tests, the system has achieved the expected. the system provide a reasonable and effective solution in optimizing solder paste inspection process and making full use of human resources.
