During the process of design and the production line of design in manufacturing enterprises, virtual simulation is always an indispensable and useful tool, which plays an enormous role in decreasing loss, shortening product development cycle and improving the quality of products. With the development of manufacturing technology and computer technology, the applications of virtual simulation are confronted with new requirements. And the application fields expand day by day.Enterprises unable to fulfill the customize demand; and cannot quickly deal with the market changes. Because it has an important element in the workshop production process which is randomization. The time of material arrives, the time of personnel completes some working procedure, Equipment breakdown appearance, Product quality and so on,and in the certain all has randomization . The pipelining is a large-scale complex separate dynamic system. Establishes to produce the low cost , the product quality high pipelining ,needs to spend the very great investment, thus to the production line modeling and the simulation is essential. This dissertation, taking the system of production as simulation objects, exhaustively analyses following items: the system structure and the design principle of fictitious production lines, basic tactics and process of discrete simulation and how to set up model of discrete system with extended stochastic high-level evaluation Petri nets(ESHLEP–N). Modeling use Flexsim software, the existing equipment and personnel can be simulated. In certain, the existing processes can be optimized. The workshop focused on the future and provides guidance to new processes for decision-making aids. At last, the paper brings forward several feasible suggestions on the management.
