With large-scale mine development in recent years,it has set a higher request of underground coal mine transmission device which will have a long distance transmission,transmission capacity as well as features such as continuous conveyor in order to be high production and high efficiency.As belt conveyor equipment is the core of the conveyor equipment,the innovation must be carried out.However,it is necessary to capture at the international forefront of key technologies in order to produce high-quality high-power conveyor.In some large and medium-sized coal mine,have been using a number of advanced automatic control technology in belt conveyor equipment,to make coal production have information technology.Automation is the foundation for building information,therefore,the use of advanced automatic control technology,computer technology,network technology,communication technology and video technology to improve the automation of coal production,it is immediately.According to the above requirements of the development,this paper used a four-machine drive system during the design process,using four controlled start transmission at the same time,through the average current method to make the power balance.And combined with its work,analysis of a specific realization of PID control; At the same time,this paper has been designed coal belt's monitoring system,through Fieldbus devices to make industrial Networking on a single group,and add the upper monitoring equipment,to achieve the monitoring's networking.This paper has introduced Siemens industrial communication networks and PROFIBUS network configuration,design of control procedures,and research and achieved a master-slave communication model of PROFIBUS DP.Use Kingview software designed the monitor screen machines and fault alarm for the coal belt,monitoring work state and the scene data real-time on the system,and handling the failure occurred in the production process timely.In this paper,the use of a four drive system on belt conveyor,control system to ensure that each driver can share the same burden,motor can be achieved power smoothly,thus prolonging the service life of belt conveyor;in the design of monitoring system using PROFIBUS technology,S7-300 Series PLC controller and the configuration software,improving the productivity of the belt conveyor and security and reliability of production greatly.
