Laser scanning technology, the recent rapid development of a geo-spatial information obtained by the new technologies with traditional means of measurement as compared to three-dimensional information acquisition system board has a unique advantage, acquisition speed, information congruent features, and its the core technology of the laser range finder is a fast data acquisition, real-time, low cost, high precision, can be round-the-clock work, a number of advantages of higher operating efficiency, is a new technical means, so that people from the traditional artificial into a single point of data acquisition for automatic data acquisition possible, greatly improving the accuracy of observation and speed of data acquisition and processing of intelligence and automation to the direction. This hardware has been more mature mobile mapping system, the volume of the corresponding increase of spatial data, increasing the size is faced with complicated issues such as information processing, and data post-processing theories and methods of research is still in its early stages. In this paper, three-dimensional vehicle to enhance information collection and access to the system mass point cloud data management and visualization problems, conduct research, the main contributions are as follows:1. Research on the use of memory mapping technology, virtual memory technology, multi-threading technology and the rapid OpenGl display technology to deal with by the laser scanner to obtain the point cloud data, into the experimental data required for research or similar research from ;2. Study of the mass data of the organization and management, fast scheduling techniques. Index of use of sub-block technology to solve pyramid model of the laser scanner point cloud data roaming slow when issues such as scheduling data.3. To study the use of three-dimensional visualization of expression obtained by the laser point cloud data, and visualization software to study the key technologies. Follow-up work in the mass data for the characteristics of organizations, extracting the feature point block, and to consider how to achieve the automatic extraction of vector points to test for vector line, vector volume of the automatic extraction of face to discuss how to minimize the points Cloud three-dimensional vector of the error.In this paper, test results show that the method can be fast all the point cloud data and resampling block by block to find its rapid point cloud data to improve the speed of the search for the combination of OpenGL library in order to achieve the data provide a basis for fast display , taking into account the structure of this paper, the characteristics of the laser data, the design of buildings suitable for this paper extraction method, the algorithm is simple and time-consuming and less thinking on the point cloud data for further processing and application of important basic role for the next point cloud data characteristics, characteristics of surface extraction, on the ground and the wall structure, respectively, data network, will be good to correct the image with the point cloud data matching and three-dimensional texture mapping and visualization applications, such as laying the foundation.
