The researching in switching power supply includes many technology fields such as power electronics.autocontrol and so on.High frequency, the modularization, the digitization are the objects of of development of switching power supply. The main way to realizes the high frequency is the soft-switch technology, and the full bridge phase-shifted zero voltage pulse width modulation converter is the successful application example of soft-switch PWM technology in the full bridge DC/DC converter.The theory and the main design principals of the power supply will be analysed in this thesis The input of the power supply is three phase alternating current of 50Hz, which is rectified and filted, then inverted by full bridge soft switch and bucked by high-frequency transformer, the full bridge phase-shifted soft switch control will be applied in the control circuit, and the converter takes advantage of the leakage inductance of the transformer , the series resonant inductance of primary side and the parasitic capacitance of the power switch to realize the zero voltage switching. As a result ,it can reduce the loss of switching and make the power supply much smaller .The goals of the thesis have been achieved through theory researching.software simulating and the prototypical machine experimenting. |
