Research On Phase-Shifted ZVS Soft-switch Pulse Power Supply

With the development of electronic technology, the electronic devices are becoming more and more close to people's life and work, so their requirement to the power supply is more and more strict. This thesis research on full bridge phase-shift ZVS soft-switch pulse power supply.This thesis research the theory and the main design policy of this power supply. The input of the power supply is three-phase SCR and filtered 50Hz alternating current, which is rectified by the large scale capacitors, and then it was inverted by means of ZVS PWM full bridge and the voltage is boosted by the high frequency transformer; this full bridge converter utilizes the transformer leakage inductance and the autoecious capacitance of IGBT to achieve ZVS, as a result it decrease the switching waste and diminish the power bulk. The sample machine met the planned design after theory research, schematic design, and experiment, some aspects needs further progress and innovation.
