The Research Of Automatic Generation On Fast Function-level Instruction Set Simulator

The instruction set simulator is applied widely because it has many advantages such as low cost,fast development,good control,etc.But it has to develop manually,the cycle of development is long and error-prone.The auto-generated simulator is slow. Therefore,this paper aims to construct the automatic generation tools of a faster instruction set simulator to ease the situation.For this reason,this paper has made a most widely learn and research in the field of the instruction set simulation and auto-generated technology,used the threaded code technology to reform the construction of the instruction set simulator within the framework of that the instruction set simulator is generated automatically,designed an instruction set simulator architecture applicable to be generated automatically by the Sim-nML template,and finally,constructed the fast ISS automatic generation tools using the compiler technology,which has achieved the automatic generation of the more high-performance instruction set simulator.
