Research The Financial Management-Oriented The Knowledge Management System

In the new economic time,the knowledge has become an important resource of organization.Along with the financial operation's development of China,the financial sector pays more and more attention to its knowledge management.There are two reasons,first,the knowledge management can raise financial work efficiency and quality.Second,there are many problems still in the financial management,and we can use the knowledge management to improve the present situation of it.This thesis first introduces the theory of the knowledge and the knowledge management,analyses the topic selection potential and meaning.Then,It introduces the present situation and defects of financial management and raises that it is essential to apply the financial knowledge management.Finally,we designed and developed a financial knowledge management system,for improving the efficiency of financial management and decision-making capacity.
