First,the dissertation introduces the background of research problem and the use state of image processing technology through out the world,and the frame,characteristic and model of traditional special and universial image processing system are discussed. After analyzing the characters of DSPs chip and DSP system,the dissertation introduces a special image processing system based on the TMS320VC5416 of TI company. Compare the characters of several common video coding and analyze relative motion detection algorithm.The dissertation detailed introduces the general design solution and the specific hardware and software design work of the system. The main problem such as central control mode and video signal capture mode is discussed.The system set two working modes: One mode is operate the motion detection algorithm and output YUV video signal without compressing.,another is operate the motion detection algorithm and directly output JPEG code stream after compressing. In the system,the video decoding IC is configured and controlled by I2C Bus.The sampling rate of continuous video data processed by the system is high,so we use a method by the use of FIFO frame buffer to caputure the video. Configures USB and LAN interface to enhance generalization of the system. To work intelligently in video monitoring, the dissertation improves and discusses exsiting motion detection algorithm,and put forward a quick anti-jamming motion detection algorithm,and do some experiment.
