Nonlinear dynamics of semiconductor lasers have been widely studied because of the important roles semiconductor lasers play in conventional optical communications and in chaotic optical communications. Under external perturbations such as optical feedback, optical injection, or optoelectronic feedback, various nonlinear dynamics and routes to chaos have been observed and investigated.Semiconductor laser system with delayed optoelectronic feedback appears rather complex dynamics behavior. Thereby, it became a very important method to achieve the chaotic secret communication and shows a wonderful developmental outlook. In this dissertation, The nonlinear dynamics of a semiconductor laser system with delayed optoelectronic feedback is studied by numerical analysis and the chaotic behavior of the system has been observed. Also, the influence that the laser system affected by changing feedback level, the delayed time and the bias current has been discussed . |
