| Lidar is a product of laser and radar, which has high-resolution and better ability of anti-jamming. It can be employed into ranging, angle-measuring, angle tracing, speed-measuring, and so on. Lidar has been widely applied into military and civil fields.This thesis is devoted to the research on theory of Lidar and Lidar ranging. Based on the principle of pulse laser ranging, the simple and high-precision Lidar ranging circuit is designed. we design a front-time method based time-identification circuit by using the high-speed comparer ADCMP600. This circuit is simple and high speed. For the problem of the precision of time-pulse in pulse laser ranging affected on the precision of ranging, the chip TDC-GP1 is employed. And the time precision of our circuit can achieve 250ps, which can not be up to by traditional methods. Further, the circuit is greatly simplified as well as the time precision is advanced. STC SCM is employed as the MCU of whole system. Mixed program of C and Assemble language is used to the control of TDC-GP1 and data processing. At the same time, the communication with host computer is achieved. |
