With the development of modern industry and logistics technology,the automatic warehouse is being widely used in modern logistics industry.The using of automatic warehouse can economize the use of space and improve the efficiency of material's storage and retrieval.The Autonomous Vehicle Storage and Retrieval Systems(AVS/RS) will be the development direction for automated warehouse.It will be an essential component of the Flexible Manufacturing System in future.It is meaningful to improve the efficiency of goods location assignment in autonomous vehicle storage and retrieval system.Based on the AVS/RS,the paper studies the goals of goods location assignment system and how to achieve the goals,analysis the reasons why the optimization method uses discrete particle swarm optimization with the simulated annealing algorithm to optimize goods location assignment system According to the physical structure and logical characteristic of the AVS/RS,the mathematic model of goods location assignment optimization is established based on the model,the strategy of section assignment is proposed and the SAPSO is adopted to minimize the makespan under the deadlock-free scheduling.Finally,a case study is given to validate the algorithm. |
