Traditional drying technology consumpt more energy,quality of materials is lower, and accompanied by environmental pollution at the same time.These Shortcomings provide conditions for the new drying pattern.Far-infrared radiation technology has the advantages of high efficient,Environmental protected,energy saving,good quality materials After drying,which has a wide range of applications in the agricultural and sideline products processing.Research of Internal heat and mass transfer and absorption properties of materials is more,however,the research about the internal and external factors,.In particular,the sum of various factors influenced the drying rate which impact materials on the drying rate is less.The paper discusses the substance of the far-infrared absorption spectrometry and its mechanism,analysis internal and external factors which impact of the materials loss rate,and discussed a variety of factors seperatedly.The results show that the factors impact drying rate,such as:initial moisture content of materials,temperature of materials,radiated power,material thickness of materials,length of radiation.The specific study includes,●On the base of the related research about Far-infrared drying mechanism and drying equipment,a small far-infrared drying oven is manufactured,and a weighing device online is installed,At the same,the weight of materials is recorded in real-time.●Single-factor test show that the higher temperature of the materials in the drying process,the smaller Radiation length,the thinner the material thickness,the greater the radiated power,the greater the dehydration rate。When the temperature at 50℃~70℃,distance in the 120~160mm,thickness of 3~5mm,power between 1000~1250W,materials dehydration is faster,and the quality of the dry materials is relatively high。●Mathematical model of thin-layer drying is established.through a regression orthogonal experiment,a mathematical equation about moisture diffusion coefficient is derived,real experiments show that the predictive value and the actual value have a good match。...
