Texture Synthesis From Sample (TSFS) is an active research area in Computer Graphics. It does not produce texture seams and distortion, and does not require the complex tracking and parameterization in procedural texture. It has been used widely in texture filling, image editing and realistic graphics rendering. The research area of 3D surface texture, includes some representation in different illumination condition and view angles, and includes capture, analysis, synthesis, rendering of the 3D surface texture data. Texture was synthesized and multiple relighting samples was calculated in GPU. Finally, it will be used in different real time rendering tasks. This paper studies a texture synthesis method, and calculates performance of the arithmetic base tiles. the performance of generic calculation was enhanced by using rendering language in GPU. This paper investigates digital image processing, 3D graphics and GPU-based real-time rendering language, as well as texture synthesis and relighting. It was combined that digital image processing, 3D graphics with GPU programing. Following the latest development of GPU, we design the texture synthesis algorithms and software structure, and also analyze the performance of texture segmentation, edge detection, 3D real-time rendering, and real-time simulation of GPU special effects. The importance point is to study how to enhance the performance of texture synthesis, and how to implement the real-time parallel arithmetic in GPU framework. Texture synthesis and real-time rendering in GPU are combined to accelerate the performance of texture synthesis and relighting.
