Research And Development Of Mixed Simulation System Based On Virtual DCS

The content of this paper is the research and development of the mixed simulation system based on ABB's Symphony Distributed Control System.The so-called mixed simulation system is to integrate two different control system together,one is the Symphony control system in our laboratory,the other is the virtual DCS which needs to be developed,the development expands the use of control system effectively. The role of this software is to solve the problems which bring by the lack of hardware in the training.The mixed simulation system is developed in Visual C++ platform.In the development,the Winpcap technology and Libnet technology are used.The paper achieves the communication between the HMI and the virtual process control unit.
