Furthermore, these systems do not carry out a variety of related business management between related businesses in corporate security departments, each system only manages the resource and data which belong their own, all these are not conducive to the integrated management of business, and not good to carry out effective business operations and grasp the whole business.In this paper, we want to solve these questions base on further analysis of the concept of technique-protection, the development situation and development trend, we also analysis related theoretical knowledge of safety and technical precautions. We carry out a detailed design for enterprise security according to the status of enterprise security and corporate security departments of the business needs, and the analysis includes business analysis, process analysis and the analysis of the system`s function structure, data integration and system security. Point out the enterprise technology systems to guard against the overall structure based on three-tier architecture, use the thought of SOA that based on its architecture and the mature platform of J2EE, design and implements the comprehensive management system of technique-protection of enterprises. In the end of this paper, we use the system into a certain large-scale iron and steel enterprises, achieve data integration and share, effectively improve the level of response capability and coordination about the business of law and order, security, disaster prevention.
