Wireless sensor network is made up by many sensors, they have limited energy, and they can't change the battery. So it has to design the way to save the energy of the sensors as much as possible .The sensors use up most of the energy when they survey the information and send the message to the sink, so we should design the method to save the energy when sending the message. We find that it will save the energy greatly when making the sink moving, and prolongs the lifetime of the sensor network.Our works include these aspects:(1) Firstly we design a new algorithm to make cluster, it considers both the energy of the sensor and the distance of the sensors, because the distance means the energy used by the sink. After making the cluster, the energy of the sensors will be the same.(2) We design a new kind of the mobility of the sink .The sink will go to the cluster which has the most residual energy and collect the data of the sensors. There are two factors, the first parameter is DM, it represents the biggest distance between the sensors; the second is the residual energy of the sensor, it will change every time. After clustering, the sink will choose the cluster whose distances are in the DM as the alternate cluster. For each cluster, each sensor has a residual energy, the smallest residual in the cluster represents the smallest residual energy of the cluster, then the sink chooses the cluster who has the smallest residual energy. The lifetime is the first sensor who dies in the network, so the sink should choose the cluster who has the most residual energy, and the sensors in the cluster have enough time to send the message. There are many ways for the sink to collect the data of the sensors in the wireless sensor network. It is proved that our mobility will make the better balance of the energy of the wireless sensor network than other ways, and prolong the lifetime of the wireless sensor network.
