The task is apportion of scientific project in order that the Air Force raise the reliability of against runway product.Against runway product is one product which is simulated and researched in the evening 90s. It is one kind of aerial product which can perform fine. It has heavy destroying might, and can attack the airport of enemy very effectively. But this kind of against runway product equipped at present has the reliability of function (80% only). It is difficult to meet the fight need of the army, and affect the quantity of the equipment for the army. The main reason for the low reliability is the overload precision examined by the mechanical device of the getting program-controlled is low; Owing to the structure characteristic of this product getting program-controlled installation,the delay time precision of gun-power is low, make product not be reliable for its procedure movement. Above all cause the blind fire of the product. The work that improve and research program-controlled is the major technical way, for this reason the theory and experiment of this essay have a powerful applied worth.This paper had a fault diagnosis analysis which on studying the current concerned domestic and overseas articles in the field for program-controlled device of this product and found the reason for the low reliability of the product function, and gave out the improvement scheme in view of the above. Adopted accelerometer to measure overload, PIC MCU is regarded as control core of the program-controlled electronic device to replace the original machine's program in this paper.The program-controller's design should be considered to improve security, technical performance, size structure, components versatility and cost, and other factors, so the plan selection process have done a lot of verify test. Through the trial further prove that combustion gases delay precision in the original program-controller, overload precision measurement by mechanical parts moving parts processing precision is the main factors affect program-controller reliable work. To solve these problems, the study's focus on the control software to coordinate work, electronic program-controller match products and lift the normal insurance, and other major technology aspects, provides a basis for the electronic program-controller's demonstration program. In the circuit design, mainly examined the single-chip microcomputer, thermal batteries, piezoelectric sensors, and the trip switch performance, conducted a feasibility analysis of the technology, and completed the products test.In the plan implementation, in addition to the electronic program-controller design, for the main components' selection and assessment tests do a lot of work; at the same time, reliability, maintenance and security of improved program-controller system are analyzed. Program-controller testing equipment is developed for supporting production and test. 89C51 single-chip microcomputer made in ATMEL Company is used for core control chip to detector; simulated products work and overload conditions through the software program, tested electronic program-controller. Detector included the internal power supply module, self-test circuit, reset circuit and under-voltage protection circuit. A large number of tests have proved it's well-designed, reliable to meet the testing requirements of products.As the result of the test indicates the improved program-controller system raised the products reliability greatly. It can meet the designing and using requirement. Improved products with the electronic program-controller on the prerequisites that not change the whole product aerodynamic configuration, work condition and manufacturing cost, fully developed applied effect, so the study have extremely high military and economic benefit.
