The technical transformation in the domain of automation has been taken deeply and fast in virtue of the quick development and application of information technology. Nowadays, it is one of the main problems to be solved in the automation domain that we introduce the correct communication network structures, secure communication as fast as possible, as real-time as possible, as open as possible, and as reliable as possible, so that the system can be run in the best state and highest efficiency.The types of typical control system and their communication network applicability are analyzed after the introduction of the development and direction of industrial automation, the types of the industrial automatic control system, and several common communication networks of control system and their characteristics. Based on an acrylic fibers product lines, a communication network applied in the Control System of Speed Synchronous Control is discussed. In the system, Siemens S7-300 PLC and Emerson Inventor are taken as main electric units, MPI/Industrial Ethernet are designed as monitoring layer, Profibus-DP is designed as local layer. In the article, the control system design and realization of hardware and software, control strategy are expounded particularly. After that, some anti-jamming problems of control system are analyzed.
