This article begin with a brief introduction on principle analytical methods and design of single patch and double-diaphragm, a accurate design method which calculated value of equivalent electric resistance parameters with the complex power conservation method then after a frequency transformation, achieve K transform by microwave structures. With innovative combination of Monte Carlo simulation methods and microwave simulation, simulation of error of E-plane filter is implemented.Monte Carlo method is a class of very important numerical method with the guide of theory of probability and statistics, often utilized to solve a lot of the problem difficult to calculate with the use of random numbers. With combination of Monte Carlo simulation method and microwave simulation, error numerical simulation on complex microwave components can be performed, through setting the value of random error of the main structure parameters then repeated simulation to determine the effect of different precision on the properties of microwave components.Simulation on the main structure of E-plane waveguide filter is performed, the relations among the filter parameters S and the diaphragm of the bias, thickness, square hole size is revealed. Different regions of S parameters with the error of their accuracy are given by Simulation. Prediction on the filter design and manufacture can be achieved and the actual production could be also effectively guided by this method.
