With the rapid development of software development technologies, the complexity of Web applications have a sharp increase in the performance testing, analysis and prediction, at the same time demands increasingly high. The quality of the performance has become one of the key factors of Web applications.In traditional software engineering, the performance analysis was not integrated into the whole process of software development, and the formation of Web application systems relyed on intuition and experience of engineers to complete. Because of the lack of a specific system performance modeling and analysis process, the formation of the system is perfect or not, and the performance is high or low, depend on the designer's technologies. With the complexity of Web application systems is getting higher and higher, Web technology innovation, as well as the performance of the software have become increasingly demanding, there is little effect even if the "fix in later" approach, and even difficult to achieve established performance objectives, To this end, depth-study of Web applications system performance modeling and analysis methods is becoming imperative.In this dissertation, we established a set of time and resource evaluation indices of Web application system. Afterward, a performance analysis solution based on LQN models was proposed by studying the existing performance analysis methods and performance modeling techniques, the paper also research some key techniques of the solution. The solution aimed at assessing the performance of system at the early phase during the software development process, and when the performance targets does not meet , locating and founding the performance problem in order to help improve the design. Finally, the solution was applied to time and resource analysis of the practical project "HBCMSMIS", subsequently the feasibility of the solution was verified.
