The inventory of the material management is the one of biggest problem in manufacturing enterprise . Enterprise must have a full control of the material storage when the storage has been changed. Only in this way ,can make arrangements and production scheduling timely, and put the raw material into the most suitable position. Currently, many enterprises checking the storage regularly, so the power of thecontrol extremely backward. The current practice of many enterprises are using the regular check of inventory to verify the inventory situation in order to obtain accurate inventory information and data. Although this traditional approach effective, but base on huge human and material resources, or even to be in a state of suspension, the impact on production. Large sheet metal processing enterprises have a large number of storage, process management require a higher degree of accuracy, inventory management, in particular on the actual inventory data means of checking a higher demand.This study made use photographic measurement technology, and get a way of inventory information. Base on the characteristics,with the help of image processing and pattern recognition,can rapid realization of inventory data statistics. Based on the analysis of photographic measurement and modeling on the basis of image acquisition on the edge of distortion ,this system can solve image distortion in the area of feature extraction and correction.Through the study of the prototype system, the system basically achieved the expected goals, the prototype system proved the feasibility and practicality of the manufacturing enterprise management of the storage information. The author believes that further use of calibration and image of the target image fusion splicing technology, this can obtain all the more accurate large area of the storage change information.
