Three-phase bridge AC/DC PWM converter is the most common, important and extensively used circuit in power electronics field. And the topology with dual three-phase bridges can be used in many aspects of power generation, transmission, distribution supported by appropriate control. Based on the series-parallel compensated UPS, this paper research on the circuit principle, control foundation, circuit design power, in order to solve quality control problems.The actual design uses the direct current control scheme(the parallel converter is controlled as a standard sine current source, the series converter is controlled as a standard sine voltage source) to achieve power quality control purposes. Research begins from the parallel part, establish the mathematical model of the three-phase voltage inverter in the abc three-phase static coordinates and dq two-phase rotating coordinates. Based on the mathematical model, design PI regulator parameters of the voltage control on dq two-phase rotating coordinates. And then research on series part, also establish the mathematical model of the series converter in the abc three-phase static coordinates and dq two-phase rotating coordinates. Based on the mathematical model, design PI regulator parameters of the voltage control on dq two-phase rotating coordinates. Make the simulation of series-parallel UPS to verify the feasibility of power quality control. Summarize the system's overall hardware design and control software design based on TMS320LF2407 DSP as the core part, have the actual experimental testing and analysis in different working conditions to verify the truth of the research.Finally, the series-parallel compensated UPS system is designed, and the experiment results show that it can achieve the performance of power quality control. By using this equipment between power grid and users, input current can keep standard sine, current total harmonic distortion keep less than 5% and input current phase keep the same with grid voltage phase, input power factor keep 1 even with imbalance or nonlinear load. Load voltage can keep standard sine, load voltage total harmonic distortion keep less than 5% and load voltage phase keep the same with grid voltage phase.
