The Research Of Large Scale Tourist Simulation And Guiding System

It's very challenge to hold activities that massive people well join in and travel around. One important thing to consider is to deal with the situation of over-crowding, which can result in very serious result. We give some examples as follows:February 5, 2004, a Chinese lantern show is held in Miyun County in Beijing, in a rather short time, 30,000 (more than expected) persons surged into the park, 37 died and 15 injured by stampede in a bridge caused by over-crowded.January 12, 2006, a trample accident caused by overcrowded happened, and 35 people injured in the accident. 345 Muslim pilgrims taking part in this year's annual pilgrimage, or hajj, died in a stampede.August 3, 2008, a trample accident happened in north part of India, caused 123 people died.Most of this trample accidents are happened in the people with large number populations, and the major part of died and injured number is female and child. As a country of large population, it's very important for us to research and analysis with over-crowding. For example, more and more large scale activities are hold in China now, such as the 2008 Beijing Olympic games and the latter 2010 Shanghai Expo. So it's necessary to take the over-crowding into serious consideration and have a research. In this paper, we have a research and analysis with the situation of over-crowding, the major parts is as belows.First we introduced the background of the simulation of tourists'distribution and its current developing situation, discuss the necessary of the simulation of the tourist and guiding system. And we have a detailed discuss the basic principle of the large scale tourist simulation from some facts, such as the definition of the tourist simulation, classification, characters and the frame.Then we have a detailed discuss with the technology of the current tourist simulation and the basic principle and their methods, discuss the algorithm of the current large scale tourist simulation and their characters, especially the main technology of the current large scale tourist simulation.Based what we have discussed above, we present a model for simulating tourists visiting an exhibition building and the whole 2010 Shanghai Expo, first we proposed the assumption of this simulation, then introduced the parameters of this simulation, then we have the detailed simulation to the activities of the Shanghai 2010 Expo. And at last, we give the results of this tourist simulation and have analysis.At last, I make a conclusion to this simulation, and have a view on the future research direction.
