Virtual electronic system is the system that simulates real process of electronic circuit operation,making use of virtual components and instruments,which are implemented by various electronic circuit simulation software or programming language in a computer.Because of shortening development time, reducing design flaws and saving substantive investment, management and maintenance costs of components and instruments in the process of electronic circuit design,it is widely used in electronics,communications,machinery, aviation and aerospace,etc.However,the amount of virtual components that are offered by some electronic circuit simulation software is small. Component library updates slowly,there aren't latest ones on market.3D virtual components,which are similar to real components,are too few to construct virtual circuit that is similar to real circuit.Virtual instruments are different from real instruments in their front panels and operation. They also can't generate or measure real signal.These electronic circuit simulation software possibly affects users' direct impression of components and instruments,and they are not used to complete circuit design smoothly and efficiently.In this paper,it is firstly introduced that Multisim which is in wide use with powerful circuit simulation function and these defects being selected as the platform,using combination of top-down and down-top design method,virtual component model LM386 is developed by SPICE program and imported to Multisim platform.Then,it is introduced that taking signal generator GFG-8020H and frequency counter GFC-8010H that are manufactured by Taiwan GW instek electronics corporation as archetype,virtual signal generator and virtual frequency counter are created based on the computer sound card,making use of graphical programming language-G Language of Labview.At last,virtual component LM386,virtual signal generator and virtual frequency counter are tested to analyze their performance,deficiency and environment for use.The virtual component and virtual instruments that are implemented in this paper realize the function similar to real component and real instruments,are of value in practical use. It is an attempt of development of virtual electronic system, and has significant meaning to research in the future.
