Software For Fastener High-formwork Support System And It's Applications

The production safety issue of construction which is closely related to the people's lives and property,has been paid more attention by the society.With the development of urban construction and the growing of hosting sports events in China,the concrete structure of some sports venues and landmark buildings are usually large-span space, have a high weight of its own weight,the template scaffolding has the characteristics of large-span and a high degree of height to meet the requirement of construction,and also bear the active load of the concrete structure during construction.This is a higher demand for the formwork support system's design and construction.In this paper,taking into account of the technical personnel structure of the actual situation in Chinese construction enterprises,the latest research findings of design and calculation of the relevant template fastener-tall scaffold are applied to the computing software development of fastener template-tall scaffold,it firstly introduced the design thoughts and characteristics of software for fastener template-tall scaffold,and used VB programming language as a tool for software developing,the principles and basis for programming and the process for program design were detailed in paper.Compared with other existing software,mentioned that the computing software of the templates support has the advantages such as spreadsheet,automatically generate a special program book,etc,and then made an introductory about the software installation, operation and unloading.It designed a more human man-machine interactive user interface.In order to test the effectiveness of this software,we take a spot test with a project in Shanghai.The special editing software program of the BoYe high-formwork support system has been well verified.It is show that this editing software has a high reliability and can be applied in practical engineering.Finally,in order to facilitate the on-site staff to carry out the design calculations, this paper offered a project example which used this software,as a reference for the design and construction staff.
