With the development of the digital theory of tree cell, a theoretical basis is offered to forecast seedling quality which bases on rate of cell shape changes. The traditional seedling quality evaluation methods require a long time, and they are less efficient. Those methods can not meet the requirement for fast and accurate seedling forecasting. Therefore, it has become a key issue in forestry research to resolve urgently to study the relationship between rate of cell shape changes and wood materials, improve the efficiency of seedling quality forecast, and set a simulation model of the tree growth. With the advanced technology of simulation modeling, digital image processing, and the algorithms, parameters of characterizations such as outline of the tree cell shape, cell size, cell perimeter, cell circularity, and cell gravity are extracted and quantified, and then the simulation r modeling of tree cell is completed. To confirm the fundamental parameters in its age of the species, and realize simulation modeling of the fundamental cell shape. A dynamic simulation of a certain species in different ages, and an assumption of curve fitting, regression mathematical equation based on Matlab least squares method is promoted. The direction of the paper is the long term verification of forestry research. This research in the paper is an urgent fundamental theory research in the field of forestry study. The economic function reflects in the predicating the seedling scientifically, reducing the blindness of putting the forestry research into practice, and reducing long-term irreparable loss which counterfeit and shoddy scientific and technological achievements cause.
