Research On Dynamic Egg-Image Acquisition System

With the rapid development of the communication technology, multimedia and computer vision technology, real-time acquisition of dynamic image has become one of hot spots of research. It achieves prerequisite of automatic detection and classification on-line. In this paper, dynamic egg-image acquisition system based on directshow has been built for eggs'quality of detection. It includes:First, according to the eggs feeding and rolling mechanism, the hardware of dynamic egg-image acquisition system has been designed. By adjusting the parameters of camera and acquisition cards, adjusting height of the camera and loading platform, choosing a suitable light source, it is sure that the clear and complete egg-image is taken.Second, preview and image capture filter chart is built by using of directshow technology. It is used to complete extraction of video frame in video stream.Third, the interface and function of dynamic egg-image acquisition system is programmed by using of Visual C + +. The functions include real-time preview and image acquisition.Fourth, the core functions of system are testified through experiments, it basically achieves the targets and confirms the best collection chain speed and acquisition of image number matching with eggs feeding and rolling mechanism.Fifth, study of hybrid programming between Visual C++ and MATLAB, it achieves for adducting MATLAB image processing procedures under the Visual C++ environment and completes dynamic egg-image of acquisition and quality detection.
