The implementation of process guide and verdict machine has a great pushing effect on shortening training circle of workers,reducing training cost and enhancing production efficiency.However,with the improvement of modern management level,the traditional process guide and verdict machine expose greater limitations in the aspects of automatic operation degree,data processing ability and network interconnection management.Some medium and small enterprises are faced with the problems of long training circle,low work efficiency and difficult management.The new embedded process guide and verdict machine solves these problems,which is designed by combining the embedded and network technology, and realizes the integration of information management and production process control.With this machine,enterprises can enhance production efficiency,reduce cost,and eventually realize the integration of training process,the net of production management,and the automation of data processing.Considering the problem of many data collecting points resulting in signal synchronously and given the characteristics of production process,this paper introduced ARM + Linux as controlling cores,FPGA to collect the simultaneous signals,and a structured and modularized method to design hardware and software system based on the capability of ARM and the embedded Linux OS application in the area of industry control.In the aspect of hardware,Samsung S3C2410 with ARM920T kernel is chosen as the core processor.A series of peripheral circuits are designed,such as soft-touch power circuit, memory interface circuit,audio circuit,adapter card controlling circuit,USB controlling circuit, 150 channels LED driver circuit and so on,furthermore,a 60 channels simultaneous signal collecting circuit connects to the upper computer by Ethernet.All of these circuits compose a complete hardware system.The software system is composed of embedded Linux system software and upper computer software.The Linux system software includes LED driver programming,FPGA driver programming,TCP client/server programming and process controlling programming.It realized multi-thread coordinated execution,high system resource utilization and high system stability.The upper computer software is developed by VC6.0 and ACCESS database,which realized data collecting,management and analysis of the product line. The practice provides a stable hardware circuit,good real-time performance,friend human-computer interface,convenient OS operation as well as robust system capability.It will have a wide market prospect.
