In the industrial applications of Fiber Bragg Grating sensor,how to realize the acquisition and processing of the sensor signal in real-time occupies a significant portion of the designers.With the combination of engineering subjects,using multi-threaded and database link technology in Fiber Bragg Grating data acquisition and processing system has greatly enhanced the sensitivity of all the system, especially in demanding real-time occasions,terminal system can acquire real-time and accurate data of the Fiber Bragg Grating sensor is even more important,the use of multi-threaded programming techniques is a better solution.In Fiber Bragg Grating sensor data acquisition and processing system,one thread is responsible for data acquisition and analysis,several other threads are responsible for time-domain curve showing and storage and the corresponding process of the acquired data.This paper,starting from the actual application needs,has systematically studied the basic theories of Fiber Bragg Grating sensor and the demodulation technology, emphatically indroduced the realization methods of real-time data acquisition in the Windows environment using Timer,Multi-threading and Message technology, resolved some problems in the acquisition process,in the PC successfully realized high-speed and real-time data acquisition of Fiber Bragg Grating,and worked well.Combined with the dynamic weighing and bridge health monitoring of various projects,this paper indroduced how to achieve effective high-speed FBG sensor signal data acquisition,all the work mainly includes the following sections:(1) Discussed the principle of Fiber Bragg Grating sensor and the corresponding demodulation techniques,established the model of Fiber Bragg Grating sensor data acquisition system;(2)According to the technical requirements of dynamic weighing system,ethernet-based transmission of high-temperature strain measurement and bridge health monitoring system,summed up the overall structure and design principles of Fiber Bragg Grating data acquisition system,focused on discussing the realization of high-speed data acquisition and high-speed data storage;(3) In Visual C++6.0 and LabVIEW environment,completed the software modules design of data acquisition,data storage and processing.This article is a study of Fiber Bragg Grating sensor system for high-speed data acquisition,high-speed data storage and high-speed signal processing,and it is also an attempt to provide technical reference for the future expand and research.
