Became one of the hot research field.The purpose of this paper is to develop a design of novel FBG sensors, which can be high-precision, highly sensitive reflect the object’s strain and temperature changes, In terms of measurement accuracy achieved a technological breakthrough. Using a broadband light source and complete the whole mechanism of the filter, achieve the practical standards, To fill the gap in the market for such products. The system changes the axial stress to complete Fiber Bragg Grating periodic changes in the refractive index values. The main contents of this paper as follows:1、According to the project’s needs, design the whole system configuration. 2、According to demand, designing the Fiber Bragg Grating sensor system’s hardware circuit、software、adjustment mechanism and part of the optical path.3、Achieving the precision Fiber Bragg Grating’s sampling and control Function.4、Achieving the wavelength locking function5、Achieving the precision Fiber Bragg Grating’s instrumentation work and promotion of human-computer interaction.
