According to the in-depth reform of education,the Internet offers teachers the opportunity communication freely and instantly and also open the door for the teachers,leading to their educational research development.It gives teachers the equal space to display their own telents.It encourages personalize study and reacher style and it aids in creating an equal democratic and harmonious atmospheres.Video case not only shows the realistic situation of the class,and inlaying the question of reseach,including the thoughs of mang ways and providing more resources.Teachers can do action reseach with the video case,communation in many ways and make reflations.It has unique superiority in the classroom instruction research and it has the same thoughs of the network-based teaching study.The main objective of this thesis is proposes a design of Network-based Teaching Study System based on the superiority of video case.The thesis investigates the current situation of the teachers' teaching and scientific research activities and the the network-based teaching study by a series of methods such as literature review,questionaires,interviews,and analyze the needs of the video case.The the thesis proposes a model of he Network-based Teaching Study model based on video case and then anylases the basic concept,design principles and thinkings,systematic activity and design strategies for the Network-based Teaching Study model based on video case.Futhermore,the thesis proposes the system of the system prototype,to build a Network-based Teaching Study System,and finally to implement the system for an orgnizational process.The experience,lessons learned and user feedback from these cases studied were proved the validity of this system.This thesis is divided in six chapters:Chapter one introduce the background,contents, meaning,clue and methords of the research;Explaining the importance of Design System Based on video case of Network-based Teaching Study.Chapter two offers some relative definitions about video case and makes analyzes of the same thoughs of video case and network-hased teaching study.Chapter three mainly makes an investigation of the corrent teaching and research activities, then analyzes and comments on the problems existed.Chapter four design the model of Network-based Teaching Study based on video case.Based on the data which are gained by the investigation,Chapter five introduce how design and achieve the systemand introduces the experience,lessons learned and user feedbacks from these cases studied which proved the validity of this system.Chapter six summarizes the whole thesis and come up with the next step research work..
