Precision liner guide rail is used commonly in the mechanical manufacturing field, whose bending can't be avoided. The quality of the product is directly related to the precision of straightness, so the study on a precision guide strengthening machine is necessary to the relational industry.The main key technologies about this straightening control-system are: the designs of the logical motion in straightening; the measurement technology about the straightness of guide rail; the design of the model of straightening process; data acquisition and the technology about motor's driving.The paper focuses on the designs of the straightening control-system, mainly including the designs of the logical motion in straightening,the design of the model of straightening and the designs of the motors' driving.According the logical motion in straightening, the paper designs the main frame of the software on the basis of Lab View. It designs the calculation model considered of the calculation of straightening theory; and design kinds of different driving methods according to the key function related to the straightening process of corresponding motors. According the design process, the paper introduces the straightening control-system as follow:First of all, it analyzes and designs the whole functions of the straightening control-system, introduces the necessary function modules of it, and point out the software and hardware of the strengthening machine. At the same time, it analyzes the design frame of the software, brings out the method and steps of the software and catalogues the logical motions in straightening.Second, in accordance with the whole design of the software, the paper designs the whole frame of the software and the frame of the sub-process. On the basis of the design of frames, it mainly introduced the notices during the design of the sub-Process. Through the designs of the sub-processes and its logical descriptions, the paper has achieved the design of the logic control and the frame of the straightening control-system, which is the ready for the specific functions.Finally, in accordance with the requirements of the straightening control-system, the paper mainly introduces how to achieve the specific function modules, which including the pulse calculation module of straightening motors, the structure module of the straightening chuck, the reduction calculation module of straightening, and the driving module of the straightening motors, as well as the design of the reduction calculation module of straightening on the basis of the external data, which is ready for the development of the software as an external interface. At last, the paper give a simple introduce about the straightening control-system's operation, which is offered to the operators.
