With the spread of communication technology,the dimension of network keeps growing.It becomes more difficult to maintain the equipments and environment in computer room,for the demand increasing.In response to the operation characteristics of hydropower plant,the thesis analyzes the power and the environment of six computer room of Taipingwan Power Plant in two stations earnestly and presents a new complete design scheme.Advanced technology is combined in this solution,which includes the embedded-type,GIS,WEB,Information integration,and communication.On this basis,fifteen Sub-system is designed,such as the Expert intelligence system,analysis system for environment,etc.The real-time data can be proved to collection, recordation,analysis and management of power equipments,public security system,and environment parameter in the unattended computer room.The implement of the system can guarantee the unattended computer room including the information and SCADE of Taipingwan Power Plant to work normally.
