This article studied the electronic cabinet,used the 3D engineering design software PRO/E to set up the geometry model,then built the finite element model by the geometry one being channeled into the finite element analysis software ANSYS.And make structure Analysis on finite element model of cabinet,compare the data from the modal analysis with the data from analysis of experimental,finally,it can be sure that the finite element model of cabinet is correct,and the weak parts can also be found.On the basis of above,set up four finite element model of shelves with different section of pillars of shelves,make modal analysis on them,found the best section.And make sensitivity analysis on side blanks-the weak parts of cabinet,improved dynamical properties.In the end,optimized the important part -the inserting box,increased its first natural frequency,and enhanced his resists vibration.
