In the embedded systems,Very different storage systems,Can contain multiple types of memory such as FLASH,SRAM,SDRAM,ROM,etc,These different types of memory speed and width(the median),such as different;During his visit to the storage unit,Slab may be taken of the address mapping mechanism for its operation,Or need to use the virtual address to read and write their;System,memory protection mechanisms to be introduced to enhance system security.In order to adapt such a complex system of storage requirements,To solve these problems is an effective way to the introduction of the ARM processor memory management unit(MMU)to manage the storage systems.The main contents of this paper is two-fold:On the one hand,the structure of ARM MMU in-depth study for the MMU to establish system-level simulation model.On the other hand,to verify the correctness of the model.
