Voice Application System Technology Research Based On Voice Sample Matching

Query by Humming system is a content-based music retrieval system,by which the user can input a music humming sequence,then finds the same song in the music library.The acoustic characteristics have been used to get the music melody,which is used to match the songs in the library.A typical music humming retrieval system includes three parts:melody characteristics extraction,music data library,melody characteristic matching.Based on the research of the related methods,a mini music humming retrieval system has been developed as a demo.The inputting humming sequence has been segmented firstly,and then the pitch value can be gotten by pitch detection.As the music melody can be fast or slow,and the keynote can be high or low,so the pitch difference and the proportion of the neighbor note length have been used as the characteristic parameters.The music library has been built by the MIDI songs,and the method of Dynamic Time Warping is used to match the similar songs. By the analysis of the experiments,the QBH system can get a good retrieval result.
