When repairing the line or redistribution the load in the distribution network,loop closing operation will generate large loop current and impact current which could affect the system safety directly.So it is necessary to develop computer-aided decision-making software which can offer some guidance to operators before making the operation,which has great pragmatic values.In this paper,we put forward a simplify mode of loop operation and it analyzes and deduces the calculation of stable current and impact current.Then,based on analyzing and designing all structure and functional modules of the software and its database in detail,we adopt OOP technique and choose Visual C++ 6.0 as develop tool and SQL Server as database system to develop the software, specializing at the visualization.Finally,it took the Dasu Substation of Daxing as a sample analysis of 10kV loop closing operation.It can change the voltage difference according to adjusting the compensation of capacitor or the tap of transformer to reduce the loop current so that it is under control.
