The consumption current of smartphone measured by the instrument is such an especially important indicator to mobilephone performance.Smartphone has the innate characteristics of real-time and portability,for it is a branch of embedded system and actually it is a miniaturized smart mobile device.With the advent of the era of mobile internet,the smartphone has become the electronic product which is necessary and portable in our life.People are not only asking for the screen of smartphone to be bigger and more vivid,but also requiring the standby time of smartphone as long as possible.It is vital that the magnitude of the current consumed by the smartphone,because it is critical to the length of standby time of the device.This paper studies the automatic measurement system and applies the research result to the end of the mobilephone manufacturing engineering,so that we will have a reference and controllable technical means to ensure the good standby performance and low power consumption index of the mobilephone.So it's necessary to implement an intelligent and efficient test method.At present domestic and international the universal testing methods for power consumption of mobile phone are still on the manual single test mode.Therefore,the focus of this topic is to solve the problem in automated and in bulk testing current consumption of the mobilephone in the user mode.The way to implement the purpose is through comparison and verification.That is,the open loop system and the closed loop system are both implemented and verified.Through the construction and operation and observation of the two schemes,the advantages and disadvantages of them are obtained.And then look for the best way to achieve each of these two specific systems.At the same time,combined with the characteristics of the factory's batch operation,some modification opinions are obtained,and the software design of the two schemes are adjusted again.A constructive conclusion is drawn from the comparison of the results of the two system test.Through comparison and demonstration,this paper draws such a conclusion that the closed-loop system has more advantages.How to implement: We start the secondary development of power monitor based on C# language,install theapplication program in device and make use of the LAN technology to construc a closed-loop test mode together.Finally,an automatic measurement system for the current consumption of Android smartphone in user mode is implemented.This paper researches and constructs two completely different test systems.By comparing the characteristics of the two system deeply,we discuss several possible ways to test the current consumption of mobilephones based on user mode.It provides a certain reference for testing the consumption current of mobilephone in the engineering field.In the end,current and stability of the test system,and puts forward my own prospect for improvement and perfection of these aspects in the future.
