With today's employment trends, job search in internet has bean an important means for improving our system of employment services. Although the job is very rich in resources, due to the heterogeneity and distribution of employment resources in internet, that doesn't make employment information resources shared. However, an important application of the grid is to eliminate "Resource Island" and implement the sharing of resources, which makes resources more utilized. The grid technology is applied to the field of employment; it will have a positive role in promoting the sharing of employment resources.Through researching of the grid technology, the employment information sharing mechanisms is discussed. According to the reference model of the grid, combining Web Service, XML description language the employment information grid architecture is construction, and it is divided into resource layer, grid service layer, the service registry center management layer, data format conversion layer, application layer. Analyzing characteristic of the resources, Introducing grid technology to make resources represented as services and to deploy services, applying the Web Service to registration services, search services, describing the parameters of calling service and returning information of searching based on XML, providing interactive interface based on explorer, which can implement the sharing of employment information.In order to verify the above theoretical model, the simulated experiment based on the retrieving college graduates employment information is carried out. Setting experimental environment with GT4 and other related software, college graduates employment information service is deployed and released; setting up Web Service registration centers with Juddi, college graduates employment information service is registered, found and called; applying Java and JSP, user interface is implemented. Conversing retrieval conditions from interface to XML description language as the parameter of service, describing the returning information with XML language after calling the service, resolving the returning information, then the information of matching the retrieval condition will be obtained. Finally the information will be showed through the user interface. Rationality of design on employment information grid architecture is proved by the simulated experiment. Example of application on that architecture applies a simple and quick search platform for users, and the employment resources will be shared.
